Facts:

Slogan: Home to East London Radio, London's newest Community Online Radio station. For all in the East broadcasting 24 hours a day.
East London Radio is set to be the most diverse and inclusive radio station covering an area of 3.3 million people.




Scheduling:
East London Radio streams 24 hours a day with live shows throughout the week.


If East London Radio's target audience supposedly "miss" a show, then they are allowed to go to the East London Radio website and hear the newscast / show / podcast in order to catch up with what they missed out on. They have instructions on the website o n how to catch up on any missed podcasts. They say: "Click on the name, followed by ‘Copy to my calendar’ to be reminded when your favourite show is on the air."

During  the day they mainly air speech based programmes, with niche music programmes each evening and weekends. For example, on Wednesday and Thursdays they have a programme called "Vibe Radio" which is a music based programme for their target audience.


East London Radio's target audience is aged at young people across East London.


East London Radio offers volunteering and they encourage it. As they are a small radio news channel, they need help with presenting, producing, editing, admin work and social media work.
The main studio is in Hackney Wick with other studios planned in each of the East London boroughs.
